Your firm body evolution begins by simply making an appointment online or by phone. Details of what to prepare for your session will be sent by email when your appointment is confirmed.
Your First Visit
During your first, 30-minute session, a staff member will introduce you to the hip-rotator machine and make sure you are comfortable before your session begins. When your session is over, you will be gently informed by one of our courteous staff members.
